West Side Drain and Septic (“West Side Drain,” “we,” “us”) built the West Side Drain Septic Calculator app as a free tool for our customers. This page explains what information the app does and does not collect.

Information the app does not collect

The Tank Size Calculator, Pumping Calculator, and hidden game features work entirely on your device. Any measurements or values you type in, your septic pump-date estimates, and game scores are stored only in the app’s local storage on your own phone. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of this information, and the app does not include analytics or advertising tracking of any kind.

Booking a job

The app’s “Book” tab displays our online booking page, provided by our scheduling partner, Housecall Pro, inside the app. If you use this tab to request an appointment, the information you enter (such as your name, address, phone number, and service details) is collected by Housecall Pro and by West Side Drain in order to schedule and perform your service — the same as if you booked directly on our website. That collection is governed by Housecall Pro’s Privacy Policy, not by this app itself.

Contact information in the app

The app displays West Side Drain’s own phone number and lets you tap it to call us. Placing a call is handled by your phone’s standard Phone app, not by us.

Children’s privacy

This app is a general-audience utility for scheduling septic service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page with a new “Last updated” date.
